V-Mount Ballhead Tripod Adapter is equipped with a 3/8 inch threaded hole for mounting to a light stand. Additional features include an umbrella mounting hole, for the quick addition of a light modifier.

The ballhead allows the light to be locked into various angles, while the V-Mount provides quick attachment and release of the light.
