Refund policy

Harlowe is devoted to inspiring artists’ creativity by providing advanced lighting tools that are both functional and stylish to make the work easier. Designed and manufactured to meet your needs and expectations, your Hobolite product is of the highest quality.

We want you to be delighted with your new purchase. Please review your items upon delivery. We recommend that you contact our customer service team within three (3) days if there is any issue with your order. You can be assured that we will make things right and pay the return cost if the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can process a non-warranty return:

  1. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  2. All returned items must be in brand new condition, unworn or unused, in their original unaltered box, and must include all packing material, manuals, and accessories.
  3. Please save your purchase receipt or register your Harlowe product with our warranty service as proof of ownership.
  4. Customers need to pay return charges for remorse purchases, such as an item that did not like the color/style, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, etc.
  5. A refund will be issued when Harlowe receives the product. 
  6. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  7. Returns due to any product that arrived damaged or defected requires proof of malfunction/defect. A return label will be provided by Harlowe and a replacement or refund will be offered. 

 

Return Process

  1. To return an item, please initiate a return in the return center. Our team will process your return. Once approved, you'll receive an email confirmation and pre-paid return label, with instructions on how and where to ship your package.
  2. Print your pre-paid return shipping label and attach it to your package. Please drop off the return package at any authorized facility for the designated carrier on your shipping label.
  3. Please allow up to 5 working days after we receive and check your return package, including time for processing and time for your bank to post your refund.
  4. For customers who need to pay for the return charges, we will refund you the remaining amount after deducting the return shipping cost.

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

  • Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable
  • Returned items must be disassembled and be returned in original product packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

Refunds

You will be notified once your return has been received and inspected. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used:

Credit Card

Our bank will reimburse you within 5 business days of the Return Acceptance Confirmation email. The time it takes to restore the credit back to your account depends on the Credit Card Issuer.

PayPal

You will see the refund in your PayPal account within 3 business days after you get the Return Confirmation Email.
